The CEA (Civil Engineering Assistant) is a state-of-the-art Software-as-a-service toolbox, designed to enhance and manage the whole life cycle of Civil Engineering Structures. Developed to assist infrastructure owners, operators and civil engineering companies to manage their aging structures scientifically, extend the asset’s service life, and optimize capital use. It is also meant as a tool to simplify the work of Risk and Compliance Managers in different organizations to verify the levels of risk and compliance associated with an asset portfolio.
